Booking and Appointment Policies
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through the online booking system. Users will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Users may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a Non-attendance fee.
No-Show Policy: Users who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged for a non-attendance fee.
Limitation of Liability
SG Health Solutions Pty Ltd and our directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
